Résumé

This case places students in the role of an HR professional responsible for recruitment at O'Top Events, an event management company seeking new employees to meet its clients' expectations.
The job advertisement and the interviews conducted by a manager in charge of supervising a team of hosts/hostesses negatively affected the quality of recruitment and, more seriously, put the company in an illegal position regarding labor law.

This case concretely illustrates the internal and external challenges of employer branding management and the crucial role of HR throughout the different stages of the recruitment process.
It thus enables students to develop cross-functional and operational managerial skills through several practical exercises.
