Résumé

The case depicts how the new Director of Economic Affairs has been recruited ans selected at C&C, with the help of an external Assessment Center. It is composed of three interviews and one appendix about the selection test which has been implemented.
INTERVIEW 1: MARIELLE
Marielle is one of the applicants for the position. She tells about her feelings regarding the selection process.
INTERVIEW 2: PHILIPPE DUPONT, CONSULTANT AT MAXIHOM, AN ASSESSMENT CENTER
Philippe is the consultant who has set up the selection process leading to the choice of one of the three applicants. He explains how the process has been defined.
INTERVIEW 3 : CYRILLE BOULLER, HR PARTNER
Cyrille is the internal HR advisor of the director. He has been in charge of the selection decision. He tells his experience and the reasons for his choice.

Objectifs pédagogiques
