Résumé

This case study questions students on Sanofi's CSR strategy and how it addresses grand sustainable development.
Students will also be asked to explain Sanofi's "Healthy Lyon" program, which aims to co-construct innovative, sustainable and inclusive solutions to reduce health inequalities, in partnership with social entrepreneurs.
Finally, students will have to propose an action plan over the next three years to develop the "soft skills" skills competences of Sanofi employees who participate in the "Healthy Lyon" program and define performance indicators.

Objectifs pédagogiques

- Provide a comprehensive introduction to Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovatiion.
- Understand the CSR Strategy of a large pharmaceutical Group and its contribution to SDGs.
- Value the opportunities that grand sustainable challenges can create for businesses.
- Create performance indicators to measure acquisition of "soft skills" for employees of a large group.
