Résumé

Patagonia is an emblematic company of the Opal model of liberated companies and in terms of sustainable development. Its actions and the values it advocates for the protection of the environment and the well-being of its employees are noticed by all. The objective of this case study is to explore how Patagonia works in order to discover how a company can combine economic success, meaning at work and the well-being of its employees.

Objectifs pédagogiques

Debate on the questioning of traditional management and to the corporate liberation movement.
- understand how a company has been able to combine ""meaning at work"" ""employee well-being"" and economic performance.
- Carry out a study of a case that has actually existed.
- To identify the values and behaviours that enable leadership development.
- Reflect on themselves and question their own capacities to invest in a liberated management.
