Hygiène Discount distributes its range through a franchise network of 12 shops in France, mainly located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
The shop in Sain-Bel (69210) sells the brand's products to local consumers. This shop, which opened in 2025, wishes to develop its B2B customer base, which is harder to reach but provides regular, high-volume sales.
This case study, organised as a workshop, invites learners to take on the role of a business development team tasked with devising a business development strategy to support this local outlet.
