At the forefront of Wine and Spirits: Digital technologies at Dartess bring new solutions

The digital transformation of the wine and spirits sector is in the focus of this case study which proposes to discuss the new state-of-the art solutions developed by the leading logistics services provider in France.
The company Dartess has been created in 2010 to respond the need of partly (3PL) or totally (4PL) integrated services in the wine and spirits sector. It proposes a full range of personalised solutions to more than 250 professional clients among which are all the principal actors of the wine world - the famous Châteaux, historical wine merchants, important e-commerce websites and well- known spirits producers and importers.
Developing the new digital solutions has aroused many questions in the company. The service innovations based on digital transformation incite to develop a long- term partnership grounded on co-creation of relational value.
