The case can be used in undergraduate- or graduate-level courses on corporate entrepreneurship, strategy, or in a module on growth through innovation and entrepreneurship. Students are expected to position themselves as leaders and members of the ETO and decide how the company needs to be taken forward. The case also describes business challenges that IT companies in emerging countries such as India are facing and how they are trying to adapt to these challenges.By working through the case and assignment questions, students will have the opportunity to do the following: ·Understand the relevance of corporate entrepreneurship for the survival, growth, and sustainability of an organization--especially a technology company. ·Explore new technologies outside organizational boundaries. ·Understand how to exploit new technologies for an organization's benefit.
