Making the right choice: Human Resource Decisions at France Pistons

For today's CEOs some decisions are especially difficult to make... This is the case for Mrs. Spanner, CEO of France Pistons, a French company manufacturing pistons, mainly for the automotive industry. The fact is that she has just been asked by her company's Group to select four engineers from her existing team to be sent to China for a period of two years.
