Résumé

Renocar, a Czech-based company specializing in Oldtimer cars, was in trouble with the expansion of its business. Should they continue with their modern car business and use the oldtimer museum solely as a showcase of their historical achievements, or should they start a new business that could develop over time in a market with nearly 10% projected growth in the next five years?
