Résumé

The case explains the beginnings of Wheeliz, a young Parisian startup. Wheeliz is a pioneering service that allows wheelchair users to rent adapted cars from peers. The service is currently offered in metropolitan France. The entrepreneurial team is consolidating Wheeliz's position in the French market and preparing for the international expansion. The case aims to establish a strategic action plan for the company, based on an external and internal strategic diagnosis.
