This is a role-playing game involving two teams of students.
Each team plays the role of a department within Sweet Apple.
The role-play is an introduction to budget negotiations in companies.

After preparation of the meeting by team 1 (sales department) and team 2 (Executive team), the meeting takes place according to a pre-defined agenda.

The aim of this exercise is to work on the essential reporting skills, the soft skills: oral presentation, discussion, argumentation to achieve the department's objective, negociation in the event of conflict, etc.).
