Eric Gagnaire, co-founder of Patatam, a buyer and seller of second-hand clothes, speaks about his career and his view of the French second-hand fashion market.

His approach is supplemented by a presentation:

- on the circular economy - the new driver of fashion ;
- trends in second-hand fashions ;
- the development of the start-up Patatam, specializing in environmentally-responsible cross-channel commerce.

These different elements help learners make business analyses and recommend sustainable online and offline development strategies.

- The facts about collaborative consumption, the circular economy, the growth of second-hand fashion, and distribution 4.0 (Badot et al, 2018) ;
