Résumé

This case study tells the story of how Nicolas, a young manager of Globum, a French industrial company in the automotive sector, adapts to the internationalisation of his company in a very concrete way. This engineer has to carry out his daily work in an intercultural context, either abroad or in France, at the company's headquarters.
Through this account, enriched with verbatims and video testimonials, the student discovers the difficulties generated by this specific context. They become familiar with the strategies that managers must implement when faced with atypical situations.
Structured in the form of stages, the reflection to be carried out enables the student to take the measure of the importance of intercultural skills in international companies.
