Résumé
Charles-Thierry Onnée runs the www.fleursdeprestige.fr website specializing in bouquets and rare flowers. Amongst other things, Charles-Thierry offers some thirty original kinds of roses, including black roses to which he has exclusive rights of sale throughout France. Since an increasing number of internet clients were asking where the firm's Paris store was, however, Charles-Thierry decided to open a flower shop in the French capital 2 years later. In-store sales now account for 25% of turnover, with weddings representing 25%, the website 25%, and the remaining quarter being made of B2B events (hotels and businesses subscriptions, decorations, etc.). Charles Thierry is mulling over the reasons for his success to date and thinking of ways in which to develop the business.
