Fair Play Finance is an on-line digital game to review corporate & market finance.
Students can review all the fundamentals concepts in a two or four players challenge.
The objective of this pedagogical game is to review the following concepts:
- Financial Statements
- Financial Statements Analysis
- Making Capital Investment Decisions
- Stock Valuation
- Fixed Income Valuation
- Portfolio Management
- Weighted Average Cost of Capital
This game can be used in the last session of the course because it helps students review the entire content of the course while playing with their classmates and having fun.
There can be from 2 to 4 players and three levels of questions ranging in function of the level of difficulty.
There are also bonus questions and surprise cards with which the students can earn or lose money.
The duration for the game during a class session is also flexible, from 1 hour to 2 hours.
- To review the entire content of a course related to fundamentals in corporate and market finance.
- To allow students to prepare for the final exam in a collective way. It is more motivating and fun.
- By playing the game, students might just realize that they are not as prepared for the exam as they thought. The game helps them organize better in preparing to be successful.
