Airbus aims to be "a pioneer in sustainable aerospace for a safe and united world".
It is the most culturally diverse company in the aerospace industry, with a workforce of 150 nationalities and 20 spoken languages.
In this context, the group chooses to implement the constructive approach of intercultural management.
This case-study contains detailed information about the strategic development of the Airbus group.
Students are asked to prepare a strategic diagnosis, to analyse the composition of the executive committee and the board of directors, to identify the career paths of top managers and to provide recommendations for implementing the constructive approach of intercultural management.

(2) To understand the challenges linked to the management of cultural diversity at Airbus:
- prepare the strategic diagnosis of the company (strengths/weaknesses, opportunities/threats),
- analyse the composition of the executive committee and the board of directors,
- identify the career paths of the company's top managers,
- provide recommendations for implementing the constructive management of cultural diversity.
