This case study was designed as part of a week dedicated initially to introducing M2 students to the profession of strategy and project management consulting and to the multidisciplinary nature of teams.

The Zipline case is interesting because of its uniqueness, and its ability to present a complete case combining on the one hand the strategic aspect through the opportunity study and on the other hand the project aspect to achieve a project management plan over five years allowing to concretize a scenario of evolution
The case aims to carry out an analysis of the current state of the company's business, taking into account the uncertain context in which the company is evolving.

The objective of the case is to carry out a strategic opportunity study for a company that is positioning itself on a new business model and a niche market marked by a high level of technology, the transport of medical goods with glider drones for health institutions. The usefulness of the model has been proven for the moment in Rwanda to deliver parcels of medicines and blood bags to hospitals in record time based on an SMS exchange system.
The objective of the case is to study the future generation of this offer.
To what extent is it possible to expand the transport offer? How can it be extended geographically to other territories and why not to other goods to be transported?
The case is guided by a set of information given upstream to orient the solution, but also a set of information given in real time to feed the reflection, and make the exercise dynamic.
