Who can buy cases on CCMP-Publishing?

Professors, faculty members or trainers may order cases on CCMP-Publishing.

Students are not allowed to buy cases on CCMP-Publishing

 

Ordering tips

1. Browse the catalog and add the selected cases in your shopping cart

In the shopping cart, enter the following informations :

• number of cases ordered,
• delivery option
• name of the course for which you buy the case(s),
• course level (graduate, undergraduate, postgraduate)

The shopping cart is in French and English. Select the language of your choice.

Informations on the three delivery options :

• Download: cases are in pdf format. Once downloaded, they can be viewed in Adobe Digital Edition. You may then print one copy. This original version can then be used for copying the total number of cases ordered.
  The case will remain accessible, for subsequent consultation, solely from the computer used to download it. You cannot print it anymore, or forward it to another person.
• Copyright permission: orders for copyright permission refer to copies that you plan to make yourself. You will not be shipped a paper copy or receive an electronic download.
• Printed copies: we may send one printed master copy. This original version can then be used for copying the total number of cases ordered.

BE CAREFUL

Before downloading any case, you need to install ADOBE DIGITAL EDITION, interface designed for digital reading.

To install ADOBE DIGITAL EDITION:

1. Create your Adobe Edition Account

2. Create you CCMP-Publishing Account

If you are a new customer, you will have to create a CCMP-Publishing Account before you can place your first order.

This account will contain all the information necessary for us to fulfill your orders.

How to choose between educator and trainer registration

• If you are a member of a teaching faculty at an academic institution (business school, university) you should register as an educator
• If you are a consultant or lecturer in a company or company university, please register as a trainer

3. Activation of your CCMP-Publishing Account

As only educators or trainers may have access to cases and teaching notes, please confirm the information given during registration by fax on letterhead paper of your institution/company.

Your account will be activated on receipt of your fax. You will then receive by e-mail a reminder of your account informations and a link to proceed to checkout.

4. Proceed to checkout

Before you proceed to checkout, you will be ask to check your billing and delivery addresses, together with all informations regarding your order :

• name of the cases ordered,
• quantity,
• delivery option chosen,
• price for each case,
• handling and shipping costs,
• bank fees,
• VAT,
• total price.

5. Payment

Three means of payment are available:

• Credit Cart
• check (in Euros only)
• international bank transfer

6. Delivery

Members of the CCMP network are delivered on receipt of order. Non-members are delivered on receipt of payment.

You receive an e-mail :

with download link, if you have chosen the download delivery option,

with authorization to reproduce the cases, il you have chosen the copyright permission option,

that confirms delivery within two working days (Paris Time), if you have chosen to order paper copies.

This e-mail is your invoice. If you wish to receive an invoice with particular informations, please contact : Dorothée TOKIC

Inspection copies

An instructor can order an inspection copy for initial evaluation. Inspection copies are delivered with an under-print : Inspection copy - not for reproduction. They must not be reproduced, translated or used for class discussion.

If you wish to order an inspection copy, please tick the"IC" checkbox in your shopping cart.
